Refunds & Exchanges
Feel good about your purchase, or exchange it. We gladly exchange goods, but do not refund simply because you have changed your mind. We will provide a refund where the goods are faulty, not fit for their purpose (or one you have made known to us) or do not match our description or sample. In such cases:
- proof of purchase will be required; and
- the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and in a reasonable condition (taking into account the fault)
Earring Exchange Policy
In an effort to protect the health of our customers, earrings are unable to be exchanged or refunded unless the goods are faulty, not fit for their intended purpose or misdescribed.
Free Watch Band Adjustment
If you find the watch band needs adjusted (eg. some links taken out), please bring the watch and your receipt into any Shiels store and we will happily adjust it free of charge.
