How Click & Collect works
Once you’ve chosen your item online, check your local store on the product page before adding it to your cart.
If your item is unavailable, we’ll show you the closest stores with available stock.
During the checkout process, select Click & Collect under Shipping Methods.
Choose a collection store based on stock availability.
When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you via email to notify you.
You may collect your order during the operating hours of your chosen store.
What you'll need to bring with you
You’ll need to bring two items with you when collecting your order.
1. Order confirmation (either digital or printed)
2. A valid Photo ID
You will not be able to collect your order without both of these items.
Click And Collect is available at all Shiels stores. However, we will only offer Click And Collect from the stores that stock the particular item that you are looking to purchase.
Due to the many sizes that they can come in, rings are currently unavailable through Click And Collect. We apologise for the inconvenience.
You can pick up your Click And Collect when the store that you have nominated to pick up your purchase sends you an email confirmation notifying you that your order is ready.
To avoid disappointment, it is advised that you avoid going to a store before you receive a notification as the item may not be ready yet.
Click And Collect items can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date if it has not been worn, scratched, scuffed or altered in any way (including resized) unless the item is faulty. All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For more information on the Shiels returns policy, head to our returns page.
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once an order has been processed online. You can however exchange your item once it is ready to be collected in store.
