What has your career journey been like at Shiels?
I've been with the company for about seven years. I started off as assistant manager at Mt Gravatt then moved through to manager, and then came through to here. I've been at the Shiels Logan store for six years now.
What is success for a store in your eyes?
A happy team, and a team that gels well together. A lot of our team will come along and finish or help when your with a customer.
Favourite thing about working at Shiels?
Jewellery! I just enjoy working with jewellery.
How would you describe the culture at Shiels?
Excellent. I've got good support around me. If i need to know something I can go to other people and they will always help me.
