What has your career journey looked like at Shiels?
I started at Shiels in 2016 as a store manager in Mirrabooka, from there I took a career path to Galleria. After that, I went from Galleria to Belmont and successfully built those stores up to become stores of the year. After Belmont, I took over the Midland store as a manager. I love turning stores into a success, that's my aim.
What is success for a store in your eyes?
First and foremost, customer service and staff training.
What is your favourite thing about your role?
I love a challenge. When people are needing help and support, I get in at ground level. I get in with the team and work with them to improve!
How would you describe the culture at Shiels?
One single word: Family.
