What has your career journey been like at Shiels?
It's been great since I've been back in the company. I was in the company, actually, about five years ago, and I left for personal reasons. And I've come back being manager, and I love being manager.
I started in Carindale, went to Toombul because it was closer to home. Now, I'm in Strathpine!
What is success for a store in your eyes?
Happy staff, happy customers.
What's the favourite thing about your role?
My role? I love selling. I like to sell. I love the feeling of everyone being happy, motivated. We have our little challenges between each other, it's fun.
Favourite product category?
I like Australian diamonds! Yep, they're my favourite.
