To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:

b) Scan the QR code provided (https://www.shiels.com.au/pages/shiels-visa-gift-card-competition) or complete entry automatically via online purchase pop-up (online) or receipt QR code (in-store).

MAXMUM ENTRIES
Entrants are eligible to unlimited entries over the course of the Promotional Period. Each entry must be associated with a separate qualifying purchase. There is no minimum spend to enter.

TERMS OF ENTRY
a) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
b) Entrants can enter the Promotion an unlimited number of times, each entry tied to a separate qualifying purchase.
c) An entrant can only win one Weekly Prize during the Promotional Period. All entrants remain eligible for the Major Prize Draw regardless of any Weekly Prize won.
d) Entries must be submitted separately, and each Entry must individually meet the entry requirements and be subject to the Entry Restrictions.
e) Automated and computer-generated entries or entrants with multiple aliases may be disqualified.

WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW
A random draw will be conducted each week of the Promotional Period (Weeks 1–4) at 25 Compton Street, Adelaide SA 5000:

Week 1 (12–18 Oct): drawn Monday 19 October 2026 at 12:00pm ACDT
Week 2 (19–25 Oct): drawn Monday 26 October 2026 at 12:00pm ACDT
Week 3 (26 Oct–1 Nov): drawn Monday 2 November 2026 at 12:00pm ACDT
Week 4 (2–15 Nov): drawn Monday 16 November 2026 at 10:00am ACDT (prior to the Major Prize Draw)

Entries carry over between weekly draws — an entry that is not drawn in the weekly draw for the week it was received remains valid and is automatically included in all subsequent weekly draws (subject to the one Weekly Prize per entrant limit in Entry Terms) and in the Major Prize Draw.

All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

MAJOR PRIZE DRAW

The Major Prize winner will be determined by a random draw conducted at 25 Compton Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Monday 16 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner/s (weekly and major) will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the applicable draw.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
Prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. A redraw will be conducted on Monday 7 December 2026 at 12:00pm ACDT at 25 Compton Street, Adelaide SA 5000. The redraw winner will be notified within 2 business days of the redraw by phone and email. Their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Shiels website and social media platform(s) in accordance with state/territory requirements.

ADDITIONAL TERMS 
a) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
b) All prizes will be awarded as described in the Prize Details. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may, at its discretion, substitute an item of equal or greater value. Prizes are subject to any stated restrictions, the requirements of relevant state or territory authorities, and availability. Each prize, or any part of it, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash unless cash is specified. It must be used on any dates set out in these Conditions of Entry or stipulated by the Promoter or prize provider. The Promoter is not responsible or liable if any element of a prize cannot be provided for reasons beyond its reasonable control, or for any damage to or delay in the delivery of a prize, or any related compensation.
c) All vouchers awarded are valid until the expiry date specified on the voucher or by the prize provider and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider. The Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded 
d) The Promoter may require prize winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of entry validity to claim a Prize. The suitability of Entry Terms supplied is at the Promoter's discretion. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide suitable Entry Terms, the prize winner will forfeit the prize, and no substitute will be offered. If a prize winner does not redeem any element of a prize, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or any part of it.
e) Prize winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners. The Promoter will publish the last name, first initial and postcode on the Shiels website and social media platform(s) within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.
f) Prize winners must collect their prizes from their nearest Shiels store, as determined by the Promoter, unless otherwise agreed at the Promoter's discretion.
g) By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to photos and videos taken in-store upon prize collection. These materials may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further compensation
h) At the time of entry, an entrant may be given the opportunity to consent to the Promotor collecting their personal information for a stated purpose, e.g. for future competition and marketing purposes. By providing this consent, an entrant consents to the storage and stated use of their personal information.
