MAXMUM ENTRIES
Entrants are eligible to unlimited entries over the course of the Promotional Period, however, only ONE entry per person per day is allowed. Each entry must be associated with a separate qualifying purchase.

TERMS OF ENTRY
Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. Entrants can entre promotion up to the maximum entries. Unless stated otherwise in the Schedule and entrant can only win once during the promotional period. Entries must be submitted separately, and each Entry must individually meet the entry requirements and be subject to the Entry Restrictions. Automated and computer generate entries or entrants with multiple aliases may be disqualified.

DRAW DETAILS
The winner(s) will be drawn randomly at 25 Compton Street Adelaide SA 5000 on Monday 17th November 2025 at 12:00pm AEST. Major prize will be drawn first to ensure equal chance is satisfied. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner/s will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw
Prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. A redraw will be conducted 8th December 2025 at 12.00pm AEST at 25 Compton Street Adelaide SA 5000. The redraw winner will be notified within 2 business days of the redraw by phone and email. There last name, fist initial and postcode will be published on the Shiels website and social media platforms in accordance with state/territory requirements.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
All prizes will be awarded as specified in the Prize Details. If a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter, at its discretion, may substitute for it another item of equal or higher value. The Prize(s) are subject to any Prize Restrictions and any requirements of relevant state/territory authorities. Each Prize or part thereof is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, must be used on any dates specified in these Conditions of Entry or as stipulated by the Promoter or prize provider and is not redeemable for cash unless cash is specified. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond its reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay in delivery of any prize, or for any compensation in relation to any prize.
All vouchers awarded are valid until the expiry date specified on the voucher or by the prize provider and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider. The Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded.
The Promoter may require prize winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of entry validity to claim a Prize. The suitability of Entry Terms supplied is at the Promoter’s discretion. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide suitable Entry Terms, the prize winner will forfeit the prize, and no substitute will be offered. If a prize winner does not redeem any element of a prize, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or any part of it.
Prize winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners. The Promoter will publish the last name, first initial and postcode on the Shiels website and social media platform(s) within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.
Prize winners must collect their prizes from their nearest Shiels store, as determined by the Promoter, unless otherwise agreed at the Promoter’s discretion.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to photos and videos taken in-store upon prize collection. These materials may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further compensation.
At the time of entry, an entrant may be given the opportunity to consent to the Promotor collecting their personal information for a stated purpose, e.g. for future competition and marketing purposes. By providing this consent, an entrant consents to the storage and stated use of their personal information.
