How Click & Collect Works
Follow these simple steps to collect your items in-store.
Step 1: Browse online to choose your favourite piece and select the store location for pick up by clicking 'Check store availability'.
Step 2: Add to bag and proceed to checkout. Then, select "Click and Collect" under the delivery options before making your payment.
Step 3: We’ll email or text you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Step 4: Head to your chosen store to collect your item with your order confirmation and photo ID.
When Your Order Is Ready
- We’ll prepare your order as soon as we can.
- Usually, it will be ready for collection by the next day, but it might take longer during busy periods or if the item isn’t in stock at your chosen store.
- We will contact you via email or SMS once your order is ready to collect.
- We will hold your order for 30 days from the time you are notified that it’s ready.
- You will receive a reminder via email if your order has not been collected after 14 days.
What You’ll Need to Bring
You’ll need to bring two items with you when collecting your order:
- Order confirmation (either digital or printed).
- A valid photo ID that matches the authorised person on the order.
For security reasons: Our team will only release Click & Collect orders when the authorised person presents both the confirmation message and matching photo ID.
