ENTRY PROCEDURE

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

a) Be an existing subscriber to the Shiels VIP Club and the Edible Blooms Newsletter; or

b) Successfully subscribe to the Shiels VIP Club and the Edible Blooms Newsletter during the Promotional Period, and in all cases, complete the competition entry form via the competition landing page and submit their entry during the Promotional Period.

Entrants must actively select the applicable opt-in checkboxes to confirm their subscription to the Shiels VIP Club and the Edible Blooms Newsletter for their entry to be valid.

Entrants must have an active subscription to both the Shiels VIP Club and the Edible Blooms Newsletter at the time of entry and at the time of the draw for their entry to be deemed valid.

By selecting the opt-in checkbox for a brand, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from that brand.

Personal information will be shared between Shiels and Edible Blooms only for entrants who have provided opt-in consent to the relevant brand.

Maximum Entries

Each eligible entrant is permitted to submit one (1) entry only during the Promotional Period.

Entry Terms

a) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.

b) Unless stated otherwise in the Schedule, an entrant can only win once during the Promotional Period.

c) Entries must meet the entry requirements and be subject to the Entry Restrictions.

d) Automated and computer-generated entries or entrants with multiple aliases may be disqualified.

e) The Promoter(s) reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants’ subscription status at any time.

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Draw Details

The winner(s) will be determined by a random draw conducted at 25 Compton Street Adelaide SA 5000 on Wednesday 11th February 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.

Major prize will be drawn first to ensure equal chance is satisfied.

All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Restrictions

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. Notification of Winners Winner/s will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. Prize(s) will be posted to the Winner’s address free of charge.

Their last name, first initial and postcode will published on Shiels and Edible Blooms website(s) and social media platform(s) in accordance with state/territory requirements.

Prize Claim Details

Prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. A redraw will be conducted on 17th February 2026 at 12:00pm AEST at 25 Compton Street Adelaide SA 5000. The redraw winner will be notified within 2 business days of the redraw by phone and email. Their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Shiels website and social media platform(s) in accordance with state/territory requirements.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

a) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter(s), the Promoter(s) may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

b) All prizes will be awarded as specified in the Prize Details. If a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter(s), at its discretion, may substitute for it another item of equal or higher value. The Prize(s) are subject to any Prize Restrictions and any requirements of relevant state/territory authorities. Each Prize or part thereof is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, must be used on any dates specified in these Conditions of Entry or as stipulated by the Promoter(s) or prize provider and is not redeemable for cash unless cash is specified. The Promoter(s) will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond its reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. The Promoter(s) will not be liable for any damage to or delay in delivery of any prize, or for any compensation in relation to any prize.

c) All vouchers awarded are valid until the expiry date specified on the voucher or by the prize provider(s) and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider(s). The Promoter(s) is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded.

d) The Promoter(s) may require prize winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and proof of entry validity to claim a Prize. The suitability of Entry Terms supplied is at the Promoter’s discretion. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide suitable Entry Terms, the prize winner will forfeit the prize, and no substitute will be offered. If a prize winner does not redeem any element of a prize, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or any part of it.

e) Prize winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners. The Promoter(s) will publish the last name, first initial and postcode on the Shiels and Edible Blooms website and social media platform(s) within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.

f) By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to their last name, first initial and postcode being published. These materials may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further compensation.

g) Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be collected by Shiels and may be disclosed to Edible Blooms where an entrant has provided opt-in consent to receive marketing communications from Edible Blooms. Each Promoter will handle personal information it receives in accordance with its own privacy policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
