All customers visiting our stores in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and South Australia will need to check-in by scanning the QR code at the front of the store. Customers who do not have a smartphone will need to sign in manually. Customers in South Australia will also be required to wear a mask in our stores.
All jewellery and store assets will continue to be professionally cleaned and sanitised before and after employee and customer handling. We encourage you to make use of the hand sanitiser readily available in all our stores.
We always strive to ship goods as soon as possible and maintain good, quick service, but your patience and understanding is appreciated during this time. We aim to keep you updated on your order status as much as we can and you will be sent a confirmation email and a tracking number upon shipping. Our distribution staff are frequently sanitising and are briefed on the safest practices in packaging your online orders, alongside government recommendations.
Contactless delivery is available through Australia Post if you choose to provide the authority to leave. See more details provided by AusPost here. We are now also offering all customers free shipping for online orders over $69.
