Inspired by the ‘Skydiving’ cocktail from Tokyo’s Star Bar, known for its mix of rum, lime juice, and blue curaçao, the watch’s dial reflects this pale blue hue. The design mimics a cocktail glass, with the GMT hand resembling a glass stem and the second hand a cocktail stirrer. It features Arabic numerals, Dauphine-style hands, a date function at 3 o’clock, and a five-link bracelet for added comfort and light refraction.
The SSK037J has a case thickness of 12.8mm, a lug-to-lug size of 47.5mm, a lug width of 20mm, and weighs around 140g.
