Our Ring Design Studio experience lets you create a ring that's uniquely yours. Simply choose your preferred ring style, setting, lab-grown diamond cut, metal type and ring size.

Once your selections are finalised and your order is placed, your ring is custom made to your exact specifications, crafted especially for you. Please review all details carefully before checkout, as custom rings are made to order and cannot be changed once production begins.

Your custom ring will be delivered to you within 21 days from the date your order is completed and payment is made.

Changes are not possible once the order has been placed because your ring is custom made to your selected specifications. Please ensure all details including ring style, setting, lab-grown diamond detail, metal type, and ring size are correct before completing your purchase.

We use lab-grown diamonds in all our designs with each centre lab diamond individually certified.

Yes. All centre lab-grown diamonds offered through our Ring Design Studio service are independently certified.

Please note that the halo, accent and side diamonds are not individually certified.

Each diamond is individually unique and comes with its own certification. When you select your diamond, it is reserved exclusively for your design allowing you to choose the perfect balance of carat weight, colour, clarity, and price for a ring that's truly yours!

Ring Design Studio pieces are custom made; thus change-of-mind returns or exchanges do not apply. However, your purchase is still covered by consumer guarantees relating to manufacturing faults.

Yes. Your ring is covered by our warranty against manufacturing faults. We recommend regular professional inspections to ensure stones remain secure and your ring stays in excellent condition.

We offer a range of precious metals including 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold in yellow, white and rose, as well as platinum, depending on the design selected. For more information on caring for your ring, please refer to our Jewellery Care page.

Yes! You can easily add a matching wedding band during the design process by switching the toggle to 'yes' during the design process. This allows you to view the bands image and pricing and to see exactly how it complements your engagement ring. We recommend purchasing both at the same time to ensure a seamless fit.
