This watch arrived later than expected and then wasn’t working. I contacted Shiels and was told to take it to a jeweller. I contacted Seiko and they said the warranty would have been voided if I had done that. Seiko were helpful so I am sending the watch and warranty to them. This will take 6-8 weeks and it’s probably a battery. Seiko said that Shiels should have checked the watch and sent it to Seiko for a new battery. Very disappointed.
